2. What we collect through this website
Only what you enter in the pilot application form: your name, clinic name, state, patient-count range, work email, an optional phone number and message, and the date and time you gave consent.
No patient information. Please do not enter any patient information in the form.
3. Why we use it
To review your application, reply to you and discuss the pilot with you.
Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
4. Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare — website hosting.
- Web3Forms — delivering form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace — email.
We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it for advertising.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics.
6. How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or less if you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing [email protected].
If you live in the EU or the UK, you may also complain to your data-protection authority. If you live in California, you have rights under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.
8. The RDXcare product (pilot clinics)
Patient data processed in the RDXcare product is handled only under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each clinic, separately from this policy.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
